Saturn’s Moon Phoebe is composed of ice, rock and carbon. To justify the 3 components I’ve used mixed media in layers to bring out the depth and its true texture. Phoebe apparently moved to the inner solar system and become trapped in Saturn’s orbit.
The Moon is an intriguing celestial body that has fascinated humans for centuries. Its mysterious glow and changing phases have inspired artists to create and just try to capture its ethereal beauty. It is my forever favourite subject and you’ll find a lot of my work around it.
