Whether you’re looking for a personalized piece for your home, a unique gift, or something specific to your style, you can now easily collaborate with our artists to bring your vision to life.

How It Works:

Commissioning an artist on artQart is now easier than ever. Simply follow these steps:

Visit the Artist’s Page: Go to the profile of the artist you want to commission. Each artist’s page now features a “Commission this Artist” tab where you can start your custom artwork request.
Fill Out the Commission Form:
- Budget: Set your budget in USD, and you’ll also see the equivalent in QAR automatically displayed for your convenience.
- Description: Provide detailed instructions about what you’d like the artist to create. Feel free to share your creative ideas and preferences.
- Size (Optional): Specify the dimensions of the artwork you have in mind, including length, height, and depth if necessary.
- Ideal Finish Date (Optional): You can suggest a finish date for the artist, with a minimum of 2 days after your request submission. This helps the artist understand your timeline.
- Attachments: You can even upload images or files that provide inspiration or further clarify your request.
Agree to the Terms: Before submitting your request, simply check the box to agree to our customer terms and conditions for commissions. You can click the link to view the full terms if needed.
Submit Your Request: Once you’re happy with your details, click “Send.” Upon submission, you’ll see a confirmation message along with your unique Commission Request Number. Our team will be in touch with the artist, and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours with an update.

What Happens Next?

After you submit your commission request:

You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, including your Commission Request Number for easy follow-up.
Our team will connect with the artist to discuss your request, and we’ll respond with the artist’s feedback and availability.
You’re free to discuss further details with the artist before proceeding.
