By using the Website and by clicking on the “Register Now” button on the Website, as may be applicable, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days from delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without prior arrangement with Cailin Esterhuizen art .
Refunds (if applicable).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@cailinesterhuizenart.com and send your item to: Cailin Esterhuizen art , Tower 16 Porat Arabia Apartment 405 The Pearl , Doha, Qatar.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Cailin Esterhuizen art .
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
iv. If you are shipping an item over USD1,000, you should consider using a traceable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping of original Artwork from Cailin Esterhuizen art does not include insurance against any damage caused to a product. Should any damage to a product be noticed on immediate inspection after delivery, please take photos and email them to info@cailinesterhuizenart.com so that we may investigate. Refunds and/or replacements will be investigated on a case by case basis.
Please note that Original artworks are unique and are purchased with the understanding that the photograph of the artwork is for illustration purposes only. We cannot return an artwork (for example) if there is a spot of paint on the artwork’s canvas. By purchasing the product you accept that the photograph is only a representation of the artwork you will be receiving and any perceive imperfections are part of the artwork.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
Cailin Esterhuizen art may, in its sole discretion, change any of these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to regularly check these Terms and Conditions and make sure that you are satisfied with the changes. Should you not be satisfied, you must not place any further orders on, or in any other way use, the Website.
Any such change will only apply to your use of this Website after the change is displayed on the Website. If you use the Website after such amended Terms and Conditions have been displayed on the Website, you will be deemed to have accepted such changes.

Cailin Esterhuizen Art may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason and without prior written notice, suspend or terminate the operation of the Website or the user’s right to use the Website or any of its contents subject to us processing any orders then already made by you.
You may not cede, assign or otherwise transfer your rights and obligations in terms of these Terms and Conditions to any third party.
Any failure on the part of you or Cailin Esterhuizen Art to enforce any right in terms hereof shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

The Goods are for sale by Cailin Esterhuizen art , payment can be made for Goods via –

credit card: where payment is made by credit card, we may require additional information in order to authorise and/or verify the validity of payment. In such cases we reserve the right to withhold delivery until such time as the additional information is received by us and authorisation is obtained by us for the amounts. If we do not receive authorisation your order for the Goods will be cancelled. You warrant that you are fully authorised to use the credit card supplied for purposes of paying the Goods. You also warrant that your credit card has sufficient available funds to cover all the costs incurred as a result of the services used on the Website;
direct bank deposit or electronic funds transfer: if you pay via direct bank deposit or electronic funds transfer, payment must be made within 5 (five) days of placing your order. Cailin Esterhuizen art will not accept your order if payment has not been received;

Once you have selected your payment method and you accept these Terms and Conditions, you will be directed to a link to a secure site for payment of the applicable purchase price for the Goods.
Delivery of goods
Cailin Esterhuizen art offers 2 (two) methods of delivery of Goods to you. You may elect delivery via:
courier; or
self-collection.
Shipping is a service that we are able to arrange on your behalf. We will arrange a quote for your approval in this regard prior to shipping. No items will be shipped until payment is received in full. The courier company used for shipping your package is a third-party company. Cailin Esterhuizen art cannot be held responsible for any actions, losses or delays on the part of the courier company. Where it accepts your order, Cailin Esterhuizen art will arrange via courier to deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification elect whether or not to cancel your order for the Goods. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you for the purchase price.
Cailin Esterhuizen art obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when the delivery of the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order is completed. Cailin Esterhuizen art is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product, after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.
All limited edition art prints are dispatched neatly rolled up in tubes on the choice of paper selected during check-out. Clients are responsible for arranging their own framing after receipt of goods.
Ordering and delivery of goods outside of Qatar.
Shipping and packaging costs are NOT included for purchasers outside of Qatar. If purchasing from outside of Qatar, we highly recommended that that you email us with the name of the artwork you are interested in (or the web URL), along with your address so that we can provide you with a shipping cost estimate. info@cailinesterhuizenart.com
Unless otherwise stated on an individual product description: Purchasers who need products delivered to an address outside of Qatar are responsible for the cost of the disposable delivery crate required by some couriers. This means there may be an additional crate charge following online checkout.
Unless otherwise stated on an individual product description: The purchaser is responsible for arranging and paying for pickup of their order from the studio only once a representative from Cailin Esterhuizen art has given the instruction to do so
In the case of Original Art, a special protective crate needs to be arranged and costs confirmed. The purchaser is liable for this cost. Wherever possible this cost is calculated and added as a separate “disposable crate cost” line item before checkout, however it may sometimes be confirmed after purchase when this line item does not appear at checkout.
Cailin Esterhuizen art undertake to inform the purchaser of any additional costs within a reasonable timeframe after an order has been received.
Errors
We shall take all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the description, availability, purchase price and delivery charges of Goods on the Website. However, should there be any errors of whatsoever nature on the Website (which are not due to our gross negligence), we shall not be liable for any loss, claim or expense relating to a transaction based on any error, save – in the case of any incorrect purchase price – to the extent of refunding you for any amount already paid, or otherwise as set out in the Returns Policy.

Delivery of goods
Cailin Esterhuizen art offers 2 (two) methods of delivery of Goods to you. You may elect delivery via:

Shipping is a service that we are able to arrange on your behalf. We will arrange a quote for your approval in this regard prior to shipping. No items will be shipped until payment is received in full. The courier company used for shipping your package is a third-party company. Cailin Esterhuizen art cannot be held responsible for any actions, losses or delays on the part of the courier company. Where it accepts your order, Cailin Esterhuizen art will arrange via courier to deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification elect whether or not to cancel your order for the Goods. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you for the purchase price.
Cailin Esterhuizen art obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when the delivery of the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order is completed. Shipping and packaging costs are NOT included for purchasers outside of Qatar. Unless otherwise stated on an individual product description: Purchasers who need products delivered to an address outside of Qatar are responsible for the cost of the disposable delivery crate required by some couriers. This means there may be an additional crate charge following online checkout.
Unless otherwise stated on an individual product description: The purchaser is responsible for arranging and paying for pickup of their order from the studio only once a representative from Cailin Esterhuizen art has given the instruction to do so
In the case of Original Art, a special protective crate needs to be arranged and costs confirmed. The purchaser is liable for this cost.
