Refund and Return Policy
Returning artwork purchased through artQart
Return requests must be submitted within the return period(s) listed below:
- Original Artwork: seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery. Return requests received outside the stated return period(s) will not be accepted
- Return shipments must be arranged through artQart and shipped in their original packaging (including all accompanying certificates received with the order)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
A refund to your original payment method less a 20% processing fee calculated off the total purchase amount will be processed back to the original form of payment once the artist receives the artwork.
All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be remitted in USD.
Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has the product type “Digital” or has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any capacity after purchase.

Please note: Product Types that are “Digital”, Special commissions, limited editions, open editions, and frames are all final sale. Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any capacity after purchase. No refunds will be granted after the 7-day period.
Final Sale Items
Special Collection, Limited Edition, Open Edition artworks, custom made artworks and prints, print frames, and eGift Cards are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns. Please fill out a return request form if your order arrived damaged or in poor condition.
