Wild instinct

Through this portrait of a horse, I sought to explore a deep-seated longing for freedom. Created at a time when I felt internally constrained, this work became an outlet for me. The horse, a symbol of raw power and instinct, became a mirror of my emotions. Each layer of rough, spontaneous paint tells the story of an inner struggle: the struggle to reclaim my strength and my breath. This is not merely an animal portrait; it is an embodiment of the life force I refused to stifle.
Handmade and one-of-a-kind piece
Acrylic paint and mixed media on canvas, applied by hand with a brush and palette knife, finished with two coats of high-quality acrylic varnish (protection against UV rays and dust).
Signed on the front and back.
The edges are painted, so the painting does not require a frame.
